How old do I have to be to start driving a
car?
You must be 17 years old to start learning
to drive.
Can I start driving lessons before I have
passed my theory test?
Yes. In fact we would encourage you to take
some lessons before applying for your theory test as practical driving
experience will help you make sense of driving theory and we can also assist
you in preparing for the theory test.
How do I apply for a provisional license?

What areas do you cover?
We predominantly cover the Docklands and Newham area, but we do sometimes go further afield. If you are unsure if you fall within our catchment area, please call for more information.
What is Pass Plus?
This is an extra six hour
driving lessons for Clients who have passed the driving test. It includes
motorway driving. Suitable Clients who reach a suitable standard are sent a
certificate which may allow them cheaper insurance.
Who is allowed to teach or
supervise me?
Anyone who is at least 21 years old and have held a full EC motor
car license for at least 3 years can supervise your private practice. It is
illegal for anyone else other than a registered driving instructor to charge
money for teaching you to drive.
What is your pass rate?
We have a very high pass rate.
How many lessons must I have before I can sit my
practical test?
There is no set number of driving lessons you must have before sitting your
practical test. However, those who pass their driving test have had, on
average, about 45 hours of professional training, combined with 22 hours of
private practice. Candidates who combine professional instruction with private
practice are also more successful on the test.
